Wedding and Events Fees
  • Rental Fee $2,100
  • Damage Deposit $500
    (Damage Deposit will be returned within 10 days if there are no damages)
  • Alcohol Fee $200
  • Outside Caterer Fee $150
  • Keyboard and player for the wedding $250

*these fees are due at time of final payment

Rental Fee Includes:

  • House and grounds for 6 hours beginning from when the bride arrives until everyone leaves. Additional hours $300 per/hr
  • 1800sq ft patio area for reception
  • Electrical hook-up for band and/or DJ
  • Twinkle lights in several trees and arbor
  • Ferns at the front doors
  • Bride and grooms cake tables and white linens
    (color may be ordered which is an added fee)
  • Sign-in table
  • Up to 4 food tables and white linens to cover them
  • Wireless microphone and speakers for wedding ceremony
  • 7 - 48" tables for reception with white linens
  • Choice of 3 kinds of aisle markers
  • Rocky mount will order and be here for set-up and take down of rentals
  • Dressing room for bride and groom
  • 1 hour for rehearsal
  • Wedding portrait sitting with your photo
  • Outside speakers (3 disc CD player)
