Rental
Fee $2,100
- Damage Deposit $500
(Damage Deposit will be returned within 10 days
if there are no damages)
- Alcohol Fee $200
- Outside Caterer Fee $150
- Keyboard and player for the wedding $250
*these fees are due at time of final payment
Rental Fee Includes:

House
and grounds for 6 hours beginning from when the bride
arrives until everyone leaves. Additional hours $300
per/hr
- Electrical hook-up for band and/or DJ
- Twinkle lights in several trees and arbor
- Ferns at the front doors
- Bride and grooms cake tables and white linens
(color may be ordered which is an added fee)
- Sign-in table
- Up to 4 food tables and white linens to cover
them
- Wireless microphone and speakers for wedding
ceremony
- 7 - 48" tables for reception with white linens
- Choice of 3 kinds of aisle markers
- Rocky mount will order and be here for set-up
and take down of rentals
- Dressing room for bride and groom
- 1 hour for rehearsal
- Wedding portrait sitting with your photo
- Outside speakers (3 disc CD player)
